Business Texting, Forward main line Business Texts to a single user or a group of agents.

We have many customers that would love to use the business texting funtion but use their main line for the business texting functionality. The issue is, the main line has to be assoicated to that single user and that users line would then be tied up for all incoming calls. Instead just have all text forward to a single user or a group of users to answer text messages.
