Webex Connect PCI Compliance

It seems despite attachment support on Webex Connect, it does not work becuase there is a hidden configuration only accessible by Cisco that is required to disable PCI compliance. Why put in configuration parameters that do not work? Cisco really need to either remove attachment configuration or provide the ability to disable PCI compliance (albiet with a legal agreement process).
