Provide access to block/allow access to specifc BOT, without enabling the global Allow/Deny option

// Customer wants to block only particular BOT for entire Org

// But in Control Hub, we can only disable Global access and add BOT list to allow access, when customer has list of BOTs and want to block only one BOT, it is hard to disable the Global access and adding allow list one by one.

// So, provide option to allow/deny specfic BOTs
