Separate the concept of notifications into their parts with controls for each one (sound, blue dot, desktop alert, message preview)

Right now, webex defines a "notification" as the COMBINATION of a popup, a blue dot, and a sound. The only customizations available to the notifications themselves are to the sound.

Users want to be able to disable JUST the popup while keeping the sound and the blue dot, or disable both the popup and the blue dot while keeping the sound, etc.

Please separate out the concept of how notifications are presented so that a user can choose which parts of a "notification" are enabled. This could be done with checkboxes in the "notifications" settings - where currently it allows you to set different sounds for different notification categories (spaces, DMs, Favorites), add a checkbox for "include desktop alert" and a sub checkbox for "include message preview in desktop alert".

These can be on by default, and a user who frequently works in group settings or with someone working over their shoulder can disable the desktop popups or message previews while still hearing that a message has arrived.
