Our customers are seeking audio cues to differentiate internal and external calls.
Ring tones:
ability to set a ring tone to calls originating outside of an organisation.
ability to set a different ring tone to calls from within an organisation.
have two different handset ring tones for outbound calls as sometimes it is not clear when a number is internal or external.
have these features be supported for third party handsets such as Yealink.
Check out "Priority Alert" under Incoming Calls. You cannot set a ring tone for internal but you can do the inverse and select for "any external phone number" and therefore internal calls would be "normal" ring.
