team-icons: boring grey block without icons, emojis or even the subtitle... just the title and a lot of grey.

Data-Protection

allow participants to opt-out of meeting-Recordings. e.g. show a timer for 15 Seconds while joining asking "allow to record your content? Yes / No"
If "no" is selected, all content provided by this participant is not recorded.
Explanation: at least in Europe its common that phone-Systems ("welcome to company xyz, please dial 1 for ..")
tell you that your call may be recorded for training-purposes etc. and gives you an option to disable recording.
