Add "Who can view the attendee list" in Webinar scheduling

In the old Webex Events there is a feature you can set during scheduling which allows you to specify that either "All participants" or "Only the host, presenter, and panelists" are "Who can view the attendee list" during the event. This feature is not available in Webex Webinars.

    my CU willing to keep this All participants view list as it is in Classic mode : the capabilities there https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/8wf2bb/Compare-Webex-Webinars-and-Webex-Events-(classic)
