MPP phone remote control

The Control Hub should be able to remotely control an MPP phone similar to Kurmi/Akkadian and other 3rd party UCM solutions. The full features of the phone's API should be available from the Control Hub to facilitate MACD, device resets, and other features that get locked down once the phone is registered to Webex Calling.
