Hide call control option for "Full Screen"

Hide call control option for "Full Screen" mode when sharing the screen during calls from Webex App

During the calls from Webex App, "Full Screen" button is changing the size of the Webex Call window, however customer requested it to make shared content as full screen, without call control/chat/etc.. options visible.
