Add "Share File" Function to Breakout Sessions, Like Training Center

In Breakout Sessions, WebEx Meeting currently allows share app and share screen, but not Share File. This is an existing breakout session feature in WebEx Training. Please add the Share File function to breakouts in WebEx meeting.

Control of documents is necessary when we meet with external clients, and a primary reason for choosing WebEx over competitor platforms.
