Allow Webex App for iOS to be logged off Universal Link Callback

Include a Universal Link Callback in the Webex App for iOS to support logging out the current user. In particular this is for Imprivata GroundControl and shared device fleets. However this could be used by any system that supports ULCs to be able to trigger an app logout when used on shared iOS devices.


Today users must manually logout before turning in a shared device, or the management software must uninstall and reinstall the app to reset sessions. Both of these are dissatisfying experiences for staff.
