Webex App presence status

We are in the process of migrating our 2500 users from Cisco Jabber to Webex App. We are facing a difficulty in the functioning of the presence status of Webex in connection with the Outlook calendar. Webex ignores calendar outlook meetings and displays an available status as long as the person is active on their computer. The Webex status stay green while an outlook meeting is scheduled..
This is really problematic for users who are used to working with Jabber or Microsoft TEAMS.
