Provide audit trail on Webex Calling Wholesale Partner Hub.

Identify which ops user performed which operation, and when.

Identify ops user accessing the portal, and when.

Identify the originating IP address, or any other useful information, when login as Master Admin

Typically required for a Partner's own security certification.
