Can Cisco add a compatibility plan for Yealink headsets (specially WH Series) so that the Users can pick calls or disconnect the ongoing call through Headset's Call Control button ? We have seen it working with Broadsoft UC-ONE Business Communicator app, however, Yealink is not supported by Cisco.

Thanks for reaching out on this. Basically, most of the wireless/wired Yealink headsets have a call answer button with which Users can answer incoming call on any softphone application. We were able to use these buttons on Yealink headsets, with Broadsoft UC-One application, however, it does not work with Cisco WebEx application. Furthermore, for them to work with WebEx application, Cisco needs to add compatibility for these headsets. I hope this answers your question.

Hello, its a request for Webex PC desktop/MAC. Currently our customers are unable to answer incoming calls on desktop/MAC by pressing an answer button on Yealink Headsets connected to a desktop/MAC. Previously, they were able to do so with similar headsets on UC-One Application.
