Cisco Attendant Console Advanced Enhancement


As per design the incoming calls should go through the queue for doing the blind transfer from the Attendant Console on any version.

Cisco TAC has confirmed this information.

However, the client would like to have this blind transfer feature when calling directly to the extension number that is logged in.

It will provide more flexibility and dynamism for the receptionists when receiving direct calls.

This is for CUACA integrated with CUCM on Premises.
