Webex outbound call log in +E.164 format

When an inbound call is logged on webex, they are all reported as +E.164 format. The Network server normalizes the calls webex logs them as +E.164 format.

Could we do the same with outbound calls, so both inbound and outbound calls are reported in +E.164 format.
