Jabber Softphone - Automatically use Windows Default Communication Device

While Jabber in phone mode allows users to alter their preferred audio device the users must use the Settings > Audio > Advanced Audio Options menu in order to prioritize the preferred audio devices. Since many users have already configured this in the Windows Sound Control Panel it would make sense to use this setting as the default audio preference for Jabber.

    We are in the middle of a large Jabber Softphone deployment and this is our number one reason for trouble tickets. The fact that Jabber works differently then most other applications creates a lot of confusion.

    The way most applications handle this is that they list a 'Default Headset' option, which uses the default Windows audio device.
