Customer is wanting to disable DND on all of their Yealink T42S phones. He wants to start with the WIC location first as it only has like 20 phones, and if successful then have it implemented for the other two sites. He said the Tealink T40G phones were disabled during the implementation period by a Tier II tech named Omar. He also wanted to inquire if they had the ability to manage this feature at bulk level themselves or would be able to remove the disable individually if needed later with a script or other means.
