Ability to remove/edit chat banner on a new chat (Say hi to start chatting)

Looking to have the ability in WCH messaging so that we can disable the chat banner on new chats. By default any new chat has the following message.


Say hi to start chatting

This is where you two can get things done together. Start with a message or even a fun GIF. <then a option to share file/send a GIF>


We have GIF and file sharing disabled and it still presents it as an option which we don't want our users seeing so removing the banner completely or allowing the ability to edit the text is recommended.
