Provide a full audit log of all administrative level changes made to Webex site and user configurations

For security and audit purposes, System Admin should be able to provide a trace-log of all configuration changes (what was changed, by whom and when changed) for all configuration and user settings.

the audit log should also be tracking all hybrid services. As well as any changes to the Webex calling.

This would be great, we've had an issue where a voicemail had it's greeting changed back to default, this was the voicemail for the customers main site.

Understanding why this changed would be great, I expect it's user error.

Not only that but also the ability to see who uploaded a profile picture, or who changed display name, etc etc.

    Hi Hendrik Schraa,

In my specific case, thre's no audit log about license assignement or license removed. We have a bot and we need to control that nobody remove the licenses for the user.

The customer also request all changes made inside the platform, there's a lot of audit, but if I change the subscription of a user or I remove the features associated with a user there's no audit log to review.

Hi Joe, does the Webex Control Hub not provide sufficient auditing information as per the information here?
