Control of Beeping Sound When I Mute/Unmute

There have been many people call for the ability to stop the beeping sound that Webex blasts into your ear when you mute/unmute yourself

[See here and here - in this case someone has erroneously marked the feature as "shipped". How cruel!]

My suggestion is to add another Meeting Action Sound in Webex Preferences for Meetings where a user can not only choose whether the mute action makes a sound, but also select the sound (enabling users to choose a quiet sound if not control the volume)
