Ability for WCH Admin to force a end user client to send logs to WCH

I have a few customers that are enterprise size that would like to improve their ability to support their end users. End users will open a support ticket and instead of having to reach out to the end user to have them open their Webex client and click "Send Logs" which will get posted to WCH troubleshooting section.


I am requesting the ability to have a "Send Logs" from all logged in devices within the WCH admin page for an end user. That will send a request to the client's devices and force it to upload without contacting the end user.
