Add Mute under Personal Preferences

It can be very noisy at some locations and Host may not select Mute on Entry and EUs might forget to select Mute when joining a meeting. It would be benefical to many that the option to set Mute on Entry for all meetings they join.

There could be meetings that participants only have to listen in and if noisy at their location, this could avoid the distruption.
