change the Version 1.0.0.2 of the file ciscocollabhost.exe to the first version installed of the WebEx application

in SCCM, using the file ciscocollabhost.exe to check the version it thinks the installed Version of 1.0.0.2. instead of the first version installed of the WebEx application.

That way SCCM would know what was the version first installed

ciscocollabhost.exe is not expected to have the same version number as the client. There is currently a text file containing the accurate version number at C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\CiscoSparkLauncher\version.txt

In addition, we do plan to "fix" the issue with updates not being reflected in Control Panel, etc., but we do not have a delivery plan/timeline yet.
