Email notification on password expiry

If the users do not login to the webex site and use the apps to join the meetings, they do not know if the password is actually expired.

So there is a need for a password expiry email template which can send email notification to the host before a particular day information the user when the password shall expire

I spoke with a chat assistant and there is no option to get email reminders.

Nick - can you please provide specific information, or better yet screen shots, of where these settings/email templates are located? There is nothing in the site admin portal settings or site admin email templates (that I am aware of) that correlate to notifying someone, in advance, that their Webex Meeting password is about to expire. Thanks

Nick stated that customers are notified via email when their account has expired. I have been a Webex admin since 2017 and I have never seen an email notifying customers that their password is about to expire or that it has expired. I do have customers complain frequently that they try to initiate a meeting only to find they are locked out. Is our FedRAMP Webex different than the COTS Webex?

Already exists. Customers are notified in two places that password has expired. One, via email and the second via the login page at 30 days prior to expiration. The user can then reset the password during the login process
