This ticket is to address a long discussion on Webex application French translation errors. There is a Word document listing them all together with TAC/BU answers and Orange replies - it is attached to this case. TAC refuses to handle the issue as there is nothing to troubleshoot and the errors are already identified. Their suggestion is to open AHA request directly to be able to shorten the involved parties chain. So, the request is to clarify/fix the issues raised by customer. Thank you.
