When entering phone number or extension on the Webex app Search field + Enter button, it establishes a call with Video being enabled.
Customer does not want to establish this as a Video Call rather it is a phone number and hence, wants the call to be established as a Audio call.
Over the call if user wants to enable video, they should get an option to do it but not when the call is established.
