As video conferencing and online meetings adds another dimension to how we work anyone with the meeting URL can pretend to be someone else. Having the name and email address of the participant would give a little bit more identity to the host so they know that the participant is who they say they are.

The are huge safe guarding issues in education which no one is thinking about when it comes to online meetings. Maybe Cisco Webex could be the first to address these issues.
