Ability to Disable Calls From Showing in Messaging History

Internal inbound calls are showing as a space in the messaging tab. Employees who receive a high volume of internal calls (E.G. Internal Helpdesk) are having to constantly close these spaces manually in order for their messaging tab to remain useful for actual messaging/chat.

    Make this high priority, PLEASE!!
