Diagnostics for Webex devices in control hub

We see an increasing number of Telepresence SIP calls coming up as busy even though the remote party is not busy. Login at the SIP traces manually from the remote end show that the traffic never even leaves Webex most likely. If you look at the endpoint logs you can see the call going form the endpoint but we have no view on what happens inside the Webex infrastructure. We would like to see infrastructure diagnostics for the call flows of Webex registered endpoints
