Team, Call queue feature "Stranded Calls" does not kick in if the agents are offline due to a network outage. Can this please be implemented? This feature is available on Hunt groups under: “Divert calls when all agents are unreachable If enabled, then calls that aren’t answered are forwarded to a number you define. This could apply to calls that aren’t answered due to a network outage, or because all the hunt group members are busy and the Advance when busy option is enabled.” Could we have this considered for "Stranded Calls" on the Call queue feature please
