Need the ability to enable/disable "Allow auto-provisioning for Webex" in bulk

If you have people provisioned for Webex but not using UCM services, they see a phone services disconnected error in the Webex app when auto-provisioning is turned on organizationally.

Having the ability to manage the user level setting in bulk or thru group assignment would allow us to turn on auto-provisioning only for people that use UCM services.
