Stop Webex starting at Windows startup without a Cisco account

If I want to stop Webex starting at Windows startup I either have to sign in with a Cisco account to access preferences or use OS controls to stop app startup. Settings/preferences should not be locked behind an account.

    Is there any update on this? I still have to use OS controls to manage this behaviour.

    We don't have a date at this point, but we expect to implement this change in 2023.
