comprehensible mute, video, content, record, participants, chat, and options button

the current round buttons at the bottom of the meeting window maybe a clean look, however the average user may not know what a microphone icon looks like or what a small box with a an arrow does. adding text under the icons will have significant positive impact on the user experience. attached is a visual representation of what text under the icons can look like

    Seems that a simple on/off preference - "Show tool labels" - speciic to each user, would be beneficial.

    please add as an option that the user or the admin can enable/limit this feature.
