Please implement a simple test call service in Webex.

We want users to autonomously check their devices prior to connecting to a meeting. Display the users' video and play an audio prompt asking them to count from one to three. Then play the audio and video back for the user.

Visual background (wallpaper) and audio files need to be customizable so they can be Organization-specific.
