to implement enhancements for webinars to enable redirecting separate links in different languages with registration forms.

we host webinars in English and German. therefore we have English and German registration forms, which also contain self-generated questions (in English or German). How can I specify that the register link leads to the English registration form for English webinars and to the German registration form for German webinars?
