User activity report on Control Hub vs eDiscovery mismatches

User pulls User activity report on the Control hub and it does not show the same data that ediscovery shows for that specific day. This is because of the difference in the timezone that Control Hub and ediscovery is on.

Ediscovery is on local timezone but Control hub is on GMT causing this discrepancy which customer does not comprehend when they see the different behavior. Discussed the issue on the space webexteams://im?space=d9efc020-3db0-11ed-a07c-15e67945923a
