Jabber Raise Hand over SIP (for CMS and Webex)

We have some users that prefer to connect to meetings via Jabber (SIP) and there is a major problem with the raise hand feature: meeting host need to be able to identify who raised the hand (beside for Jabber guests to be able to raise them)
