InformaCast integration with Webex Calling

Cisco UCM customers have leveraged a rich integration with the InformaCast Emergency Notifications and Paging suite, in particular in the Education, Health Care, Manufacturing and Government verticals. The long term goal is to achieve the same with Webex Calling. This would include the ability to program buttons on a MPP set for dialcast use, MPPs to receive an audio playback message and an easy provisioning approach with the Control Hub.

    I would just like the ability to send every webex user a message. If we need to announce a major faeture update, change or emergency situation, Admins should have an option to message all users or even groups of users.

    A phone system is a tool / Singlewire enables a whole suite of business use cases you can do with that tool. We have clients that have literally purchased a Cisco phone system specifically to enable Singlewire! Singlewire is not just an add-on / afterthought - it drives solution driven sales. If Cisco wants to be successful in the cloud space -- full Singlewire capabilities would be a clear differentiator over MS Teams / Ring Central / Zoom calling / 8x8 / etc.

    We need this badly. It is critical for SLED accounts - currently the biggest hold up with getting Webex Calling into these accounts.

    We are losing deals because Informacast is not available in WC. Please get this fixed ASAP!

    This would be an excellent enhancement to WxC and provide a competive advantage over other cloud calling platforms. I agree that this is a must for the K-12 market if we have any hope of adoption.

    In almost every K-12 account, this feature becomes show stopper with WXC. Strongly suggest BU put this on priority list before we lose ground in K-12 market to MS

    Not having this integration severely limits Webex Calling into K-12 accounts. We need this for safer school initiatives!

    This would be an incredible enhancement. This would negate the perceived lack of redundancy with cloud calling, and especially with new requirements under Kari's Law ,would still make cloud calling an option. Hoping that this comes to fruition ASAP!
