Remotely control codec's participant lobby/list so when the codec is hosting a meeting an admin can remotely admit/manage users without being physically in front of the controller.

Useful for when multiple meetings are being hosted but a physical host can not be present in each of the physical rooms to admit participants when the endpoint is hosting the meeting.
