The ringback tone for incoming calls to the call queue should be changed to match the country of the location set for the call queue.
Especially in Japan, the current ringback tone is similar to the "busy" tone, which causes the caller to disconnect.
This feature is also needed for Webex for Serviceproviders, as there is always an option available for every enddevice to customize ringback tones. This feature was available for Communicator Desktop in the past and with Webex you only get US ringback tone.

RBT is played when enabling "Play ringing tone to callers when their call is sent to an available agent" on CQ overflow settings. It seems this is always US ringback tone.
