Email notification towards existing admins upon new admin account add.

Regarding the email notification to all admins - upon user role change (for example role changed from user to Admin) - currently no specific functionality of the product is available to complete this action.

Email notifications are available for Scheduled reports from Alerts center (The alerts available are only for monitoring of Devices, Meetings and Calls where quality metrics are being reviewed. )
