disable annotation permission

User reported issues while annotating content during WebEx meeting. the participants had to request to annotate anything while the presenter was presenting even though annotation privilege was given to all participants. Users wanted to remove request annotate feature where other participants must request to annotate when anyone is presenting.

    Annotation in Zoom doesn't required any permission. Can this be removed in Webex? or at least has a feature of host/co-host to enable/disable.
