Participants who add (no registration required) meeting to calendar receive notifications of meeting changes

As a health system we hold meetings that employees can attend confidentially so we do not require registration. An example is a Resiliency Session where employees can speak in a group setting to a psychologist. Employees can add this meeting to their calendar, however if the meeting needs to be canceled, Webex will not notify the employees with this meeting on their calendar. This causes issues because I have had to cancel and it is removed from my calendar, however employees were still logging in and waiting for a psychologist to attend, who never showed.
