Please add graphical WxCC agent seat map with agent real time status. AgentMAP developed by Avaya Japan's PS, covers exactly this functionality, which Japanese users consider very important.

    In our region, there are very few third parties offering such dashboards. Products sold by companies in the US are essentially not localized and therefore not sold or supported within our region.

    While this functionality is a must for large scale, even for relatively small contact centers of 50-200 seats, this functionality is often requested in RFPs.
