Webex for Broadworks: place calls from a connected 'Flexible Seating Guest' device

At present, Webex for Broadworks users are unable to use the Webex client to place calls from their connected device - when they are logged in to the connected device as a Flexible Seating Guest user.

The scenario is explained in detail and has been explored by the Cisco TAC team in SR 694215045. The ticket can provide additional information on thsi topic including logs, screenshots
