Disable extra email when setting someone up as an alternate host (cohost) from Outlook (or ability to disable)

When scheduling a meeting from Outlook, any alternate hosts now get the meeting invite and another email. It's confusing for users.

    Admin response

Hi there, the cohost should only receive one condensed email - and in my testing just now with someone else as a cohost, he only received one email. Would you mind recording a video of what you see? Also, is your deployment of the Webex Scheduler Outlook Add-in a cloud-based deployment or an on-prem deployment?

We have not received answers to the above question in almost 2 years. Closing as Not likely to implement for now and we can reopen if we receive a response to the above questions.

I am still getting the extra emails when I'm a co-host on another person's meeting. I think they are scheduling via Outlook with the Add-in.
