RTMP Live Streaming - Restrict destination URLs

Unfortunately, our university doesn't have the Live Streaming feature enabled in Webex because it's not possible to restrict the streaming URLs. We don't want users to be able to stream outside of our organisation.

Please provide the possibilty for admins to restrict the possible RTMP destination URLs or IP addresses.
