Include Device ID for Control Hub Exports

We have quite a few Cisco Telepresence devices deployed globally. In terms of managing devices, we leverage CE-Deploy. (Curtesy of voicenorm via https://github.com/voipnorm/CE-Deploy). Using this tool allows us to complete bulk MACD's while referencing Device IDs. However, when exporting the same list of devices from the ControlHub, we do not get the Device IDs. Thus, we have to use excel functions to map the device ID's with the Control Hub exported data in order to manage our devices. Adding the Device IDs within the list of options when exporting device data will be greatly beneficial.
