When trying to configure a secondary line for a user in Control Hub, the Save button stays grayed out until a Phone Number (DID) is added. Currently having a secondary line with an only extension is not possible. it is mandatory to configure a DID.
We want WxC to support having only extension secondary line.
I too am having this exact same issue. Moving a customer form UCCX 11.6 and the agents today have 2nd line as Agent line with 4-digit extension and I cannot assign it because of the DID requirement. It is not only for Agents as I have normal users with 2nd lines for various business reasons and I cannot assign these lines a 4-digit with having a DID which makes absolute no sense!!!
